Does getting dental implants hurt?
Surgery is under local anesthesia, and IV sedation is included on every full-arch case — you'll be deeply relaxed, with little or no memory of it. Prefer fully asleep? General anesthesia by a licensed CRNA is an optional add-on. Post-op discomfort is usually mild and managed with ibuprofen.
Is this really "fixed" — does it ever come out?
No. Your new teeth are permanently secured to titanium implants that fuse to your jawbone. You don't take them out or soak them — you brush and floss like natural teeth. Once healed, they stay put for life.
I've been told I'm "not a candidate." Could that change here?
Often, yes. Many patients were turned away elsewhere for bone loss or long-term denture use. We handle the rebuild work those cases need in-house — bone grafting, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation. The only way to know is a complimentary 3D CT scan and consult.
How long does the whole process take?
Three visits, not one day. First: your complimentary consult and 3D CT scan, often the same week you call. Surgery day is scheduled separately (typically a few weeks later) — extractions and implants happen, and you walk out that day with secure new teeth. 3–6 months later, your final zirconia teeth go on once the implants have healed.

Does dental insurance cover any of this?
In most cases, dental insurance doesn't fully cover full-mouth implant work — an industry reality, not unique to us. Some plans contribute toward extractions, gum treatment, or imaging. Our quote is the same with or without insurance.
